I have a beta reading copy of
papersky's newest work.
It's good. I like the people--well, I'm not sure I like Hanethe, but I sympathize with her--the worldbuilding is good, and the story flows.
And the file ends, literally, in mid-word.
Edited:
kate_nepveu sent me a complete copy, and I am once again reading, eagerly.
I've emailed her, and asked for another copy; I included such comments as I had (not many, I'm afraid). And now I have to wait--I doubt she's looking at email, at this hour and with
marylace visiting--to find out how it ends. More to the point, to read the ending; the structure of the book is such that I know some of how it ends, but not how it gets there or how she tells it.
