Physical therapy: maybe not the last

I had a pleasant and productive session this morning; after some ambivalent discussion with Larry, I've booked another appointment on the understanding that I may cancel it if I continue to feel better. Larry said both that he doesn't want me coming in if it's not helping, and that such problems often feel better before they are better.

I also got a replacement green elastic, since the current one is showing signs of wear, and a new blue elastic--the next level up of resistance. When Apu gave them to me, he warned me to make sure the blue one is properly lodged behind the door and the door closed, since it's harder to knot properly (because thicker) and more prone to coming out and hitting the user.

Update: My shoulder's been hurting the last couple of hours, so I just went and got the ice pack out of the freezer. I think I'll be keeping next Wednesday's appointment.

I am getting thoroughly tired of PayPal telling me I have to change my password. Or, rather, forcing me to go through a password-retrieval-and-change rigamarole without telling me what it's doing.

This is the third time in less than two months.
