the_maenad!I spent a very pleasant afternoon with porcinea, drinking tea and talking. Trouble was his usual charming, pretty self, and I only had to grab him once, to keep him out of the china cabinet.
Somehow, walking to the A train afterwards, I decided that I needed to play "California Uber Alles". I was all set to dig through my vinyl to get out Fresh Fruits for Rotting Vegetables, but it turns out that the song is also on Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death, a CD I'd bought a while ago and never opened.
It helped, a little, somehow.
