Exercise and a social life, oh wow!

Sincecattitude had to be out early to go to the dentist, I got up and out early as well and headed to the gym. (Same subway stop.)

One oddity of this was looking around during my workout and realizing I was the only person in the weight room. A few minutes later, two or three guys had come in, but while I'm used to it being uncrowded at off-hours, I've never been alone in there before.

I had lunch at Rue de Crepes, then visited porcinea; she and her sweetie fed me tasty things and lots of good tea, and she and I talked all afternoon while he mostly did useful things at the other end of the loft.Shoes and ships and ceiling wax. I described my workout and the triceps interlude, and we agreed that those are a difficult muscle to exercise properly.
