I jumped out of bed at 7:30, dislodging a happy cat, to finish an overdue book review, because it was suddenly coming together in my head. So that'll sit for a day or so, then I'll look it over again and send it in, and see if they want something on the Pat Murphy.
Then someone posted, in the midst of a discussion on spelling errors, a pointer to a Wikipedia page with dubious Greek. So I sat down, fixed the transcriptions (the system used was full of j's--j is not a Greek letter), and rewrote the rest of it. There's still some Greek there--not much you can do with hapax legomena--but at least it's actual Greek now.
