I went to the gym this afternoon, which makes twice this week. Mostly weights, this time, but I also got through three full sets of crunches without repeatedly muttering "I hate crunches". (Mixed them with a sort of arching exercise for the back, so no consecutive crunch sets--that would be too annoying.) And I put the weight up to 160 on the leg press, and did almost 3 full sets (15, 12, and 15); the problem is, this machine comes in 20-pound increments, so I can't work my way up gradually. I'll settle in at 160 for a bit, I think.
