creaky, therefore grumpy

I woke up with assorted aches, some of them probably because the futon was overdue to be flopped over and whomped into shape. It's a sad thing when staying in bed hurts--though that may be the only reason I got up and out this morning.

Andy asked me if I was stressed. I don't think so: except in the sense that I'm unhappy about the aches, which could be vicious and circular if I let it be, but probably won't.

I know it's summer, because we're gathering ripe mulberries, but this morning was cloudy, emotionally and literally. Mulberries later, maybe.
