Work continues. The dark amusement today was the piece they gave us for proofreading with most of the crucial information missing: that was sent back to Traffic, who were told (something on the order of) that we'll proofread it when they finish typesetting it.

I did a moderately brief workout; I think it used about an hour and a quarter of my time, including extra travel time, showering, and changing clothes.
Cardio, 33 minutes, top heart rate 150
Calf machine, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Xpressline. I wrote down the weights and reps this time (the trainer also has them on the sheet). Unfortunately, I didn't write down the machines, so this is patchy:
Seated leg press: 275 pounds, 12 reps
Leg extension? 40 pounds, 12 reps
Leg curl, 80 pounds, 12 reps.
Lat pulldown?, 70 pounds, 12 reps
A shoulder exercise, 35 pounds, 9 reps: my left shoulder was hurting, so I stopped
??, 45 pounds, 12 reps
Biceps, 30 pounds, 12 reps
Triceps, 30 pounds, 12 reps

The trainer says those 12s mean I should be increasing the weights, and I asked him to write that down for the next time I do expressline. Given the new commute, I expect that to be at least once a week: it seems my only chance of getting anything like enough exercise.
