I did something today that I'd sworn off years ago: shopped for clothing between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I did this with
eleanor for company, moral support, and practical help in finding things. So I have another pair of pajamas, which I hope fit better than the previous, which I still need to return (there were none of those left, in XL or anything else; this is a different design, not quite as heavy a fabric, which I suspect is an advantage).
It was a good workout.

In addition to having had a solid workout, I'm pleased to be back in the every-other-day pattern. It's going to be interrupted again, if not by the gym's holiday schedule then by my travels, but I figure I can get in two workouts and maybe a yoga class in the next week.
