cattitude the violets on my way to the bus (and his to the train), then went up to Yonkers for an X-ray. St. Joseph's has an image of their patron outside, decorated with live flowers at the moment; inside, they're efficient and helpful, except for playing a television, loudly, in the radiology waiting room. I had been X-rayed and was waiting for a Bronx-bound bus by 9:30, and the tech says my doctor will have the results either this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
I also got groceries, and picked up catfood at the vet's; I misremembered the bus stop layout, and wound up walking several blocks before getting on my bus home. I coughed less than I would have expected doing so: either flats are easier than hills, or I'm already iimproving a little.
