A net-friend of mine, Anna dal Dan, called earlier today. She arrived in New York around the time the power went out, and is staying through Monday. At the moment she's mostly walking around and looking at things, because there isn't much open. Fortunately, there's a lot to walk around and look at in Manhattan.
We're going to try to get together tomorrow or Sunday, to do something she picks (though I can come up with suggestions if she doesn't have anything definite).
