cattitude and I headed out in search of protein. roadnotes caught me on my mobile phone, and we arranged to get together. Tasty food and catch-up conversation, and a hug or two. All good.
My plans for the next few days are tentative, but I hope to seeporcinea and eleanor (this time not scheduling it around, or to include, the children).
It's true that an inconvenient number of my friends live hundreds or thousands of miles away. It's also true that some of them live in easy subway distance, if we can make our schedules fit together.
