Hip adduction, 105 pounds, 15 reps, 14, 13+2. Abduction, 90 pounds, 15, 14; 95 pounds, 11.

Cardio, 33 minutes at level 8, HR happily in 140s.

Bench press, 50 pounds, 14 reps, 11+4. 45 pounds, 10+5.

Seated leg curl, 65 pounds, 3 sets of 15.

Adjustable row, 100 pounds, 3 sets of 15.

Mat work: crunches and arches, alternating, 3 sets of 15 on each. A few reps of cat-and-camel, then the tree exercise: 2 reps on the right foot, then two on the left, then repeat. Balance was decent.

Triceps pulldown (or maybe pull back is closer), 30 pounds with the rope handle, 3 sets of 15. I felt the burn in my triceps on the 1st and 3rd sets, but in my forearms in the second, something not quite right about the position.

Seated leg extension, one leg at a time, 10 pounds, 3 sets of 11 on each side (alternating sides).

Bicep curls, 30 pound bar, 2 sets of 15. 25 pound bar, 15 reps.

The usual stretches on the Precor machine.

I smiled and said hi to a few people, including at least two who waved or smiled at me first. No conversation that wasn't brief and about exercise, but I don't usually get that at the gym.

The Subway shop near my gym has reopened, and Andy is out gaming, so I stopped in and had a turkey sandwich for dinner.
