I started this time with some organized stretching, on a device intended for the purpose, which comes with a neat label explaining that to stretch your lower back, you put your hands here, and lean like so, and to stretch your shoulders, you do this, and under no circumstances shall anyone use the machine without the wrist straps. I'm not sure what the wrist straps do--I suspect the answer is "nothing, unless you do something else wrong"--but the device seems useful.

Otherwise, much the same. Added five pounds to a couple of things (one of the hip machines, and the lie-on-my-back-and-lift deal), and will now need to get myself used to the new weight. But I think it will work. Probably take the other hip machine to 95, and seated leg press to 155, on Monday.

Shorter cardio than I usually aim for--I couldn't quite get into the groove (having nothing to read probably didn't help), but even 15 minutes of cardio is good, though 20-25 would be better.
