I have been really impressed by Clark, in the sense of "Every time an issue comes up that I've looked at since the election, she already is Right On It." (Not that Warren and Markey are bad, but I think they both do a tiny bit more 'how shall we phrase this precisely' that slows down the immediate announcement.)
