The shoulder is definitely doing better, though not perfect (it may never be perfect, considering that this is the second time I've had PT for that shoulder). I'm doing pretty well at meeting my goals for the physical therapy and other exercises, but starting to think that, with the shoulder recovering, it might be better to do all my exercises twice a week than to make a point of doing the PT more often if it means only getting to the leg and core exercises once a week.

I've also been doing more walking, though not what I would have called a lot a year ago, and mostly not especially fast.

Squats 3x15
Shrugs 20 pounds each hand 3x10
Calf raises 2x15 (back to doing these barefoot)
Crunches 3x15
Biceps curls 15 pounds each hand 12; 10 pounds left and 15 right, 10
Lat pulldowns 42.5 pounds 3x12, second and third sets done standing on one foot
Row 27.5 pounds 2x12, 25 pounds 12; I definitely had better form and control at the lower weight, because the extra bit of resistance makes it harder to stand straight rather than leaning back to avoid being pulled forward.
Leg curls 90 pounds 12, 85 pounds 10
Serratus 10, 6 (stopped because right shoulder was a bit sore/tired)

Internal rotation, red elastic, 3 x 10 each
External rotation, blue: right 10, 10, 8; left 2x10

The "not a lot" on the walking was on the order of a mile today, no more than six blocks at a time.
