The freelance project itself looks, essentially, unexciting but doable. The mechanics are annoying--the people who I'm working through insist on giving everyone an account on their email system, and running contact with the clients through that. I figure I'll toss my phone number in as soon as I actually hear from the client, on the excuse of "if you need to reach me in a hurry". I could deal with this more easily if it weren't configured to only let me read or send mail via their Web interface (no option of forwarding vicki-rosenzweig@their-company to my real address), and if said Web interface weren't lame and insisting on JavaScript. *sigh* At least it has the minimal grace to say "you need Javascript", though not the grace to handle things well from there. (Most such sites, I can turn javascript on and then reload--this one, "reload" reloads the "you need javascript" page, not the page I want.)
So, check that email tomorrow morning, download project if it's there, and work on my own machine. (If it's not there, repeat slightly later, followed by a query to the agency.)
Hip adduction, 105 pounds, 3 sets of 13 reps. Hip abduction, 90 pounds, 3 sets of 13.
Cardio, 33 minutes at level 8. Heart rate got up into the 140s after about ten minutes in the 135 range, then stayed up there, with the top number 153, briefly.
Bench press, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 13; 40 pounds, 1 set of 13.
Seated leg curl, 60 pounds, 3 sets of 15.
Triceps pulldown: bar handle, 80 pounds, 2 sets of 15, the last couple of reps were difficult.
Rope handle, 50 pounds, stopped at 12 reps because it was being unusually difficult.
Row, I started with 2 reps at 90, because I forgot I'd raised it to 100. Memo: don't move your legs out of the bracing position while holding 90 pounds on this thing--it jarred.
100 pounds, 2 sets of 15, then one of 13: I stopped because the handle was slipping out of my grip.
