I just received my last unemployment check. It comes with instructions on opening a new claim if I am beyond my benefit year ending date and have worked in at least two of the last five quarters. I think this may mean I can open a new claim next month--counting my last three months at ACM as one quarter, and the assorted freelance stuff as another--but I suspect it would be for a very small sum.

I continue to look for more, and steadier, work. It continues to be frustrating--everyone either wants five years experience at something I haven't done, or pure entry-level, rather than the experience I do have.
