The first real workout in a bit, partly because I was in Somerville with
adrian_turtle for a week and no longer have a membership in a gym that has Boston-area branches. Also the first in a while with significant cardio.
Cardio, 15 minutes, top heart rate 141
Lat pulldown, 25 pounds, did it all standing on one foot: 12 reps on each foot, then 8 each
Squats, 3 sets of 15
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 3 sets of 15
Calf raise, 3 sets of 15 [I did a variant calf exercise at home yesterday evening, 2 sets of 10, and my calves were hurting after, so I wasn't sure this would go well, but it did.]
Chest press, 40 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Row, 45 pounds, 12, 9
Seated leg curl, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Standing/leaning pushups (outdoors, it's getting chilly for doing this while dressed for the indoor gym), 2 sets of 12

You might want to consider dressing a little more warmly for the gym in the next few months. I've found a lot of things become much harder when I'm a little chilly. And the gym in your building doesn't have lots of people contributing body heat.
