Yes, I'm still going to the gym; this morning I got there relatively early, was done by 11, and then had tea and a sandwich as elevenses/early lunch. On the way home, I stopped for groceries and got a crate of Spanish clementines, one of the happier signs of the season. (I've been working out about twice a week, but often putting the numbers just on my computer, not posting here.)

Rolled out IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Psoas, 4 with each leg
Crunches (feet up on ball), 3 sets of 15
Squats, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Opposite arm/leg balance exercise, 12 pairs
Balance on half roller, including tree
A little bit of balance standing on foam roller
Lunges, 10 with right foot forward (a tender spot on the sole of that foot was, oddly, fine having my weight firmly on it, but hurt when I put weight on the toes and flexed the sole)
Row with elastic, 3 sets of 12
On balance platform:
Lat pulldown, 55 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Hug a tree, 25 pounds, 5 (one of the good handles was missing, and both metal handles I tried rubbed against the hand on that exercise)
Back exercise, 35 pounds, 2 sets of 12
