Emilie called yesterday and canceled my training session for tomorrow, so I went to the gym today (not having been in about a week, just done stretches (and a few crunches when I got really bored waiting for my plane on Monday afternoon). While I could use a training session, I'm still not really in a mood for socializing with much of anyone but my partners, so the sort of gym visit that has minimal conversations like "are you using this machine?" was just what I was looking for.

Rolled out IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Crunches (feet up on large ball), 3 sets of 15
Squats, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Some balance stuff standing on the half roller
Opposite arm/leg balance exercise, 10 pairs
Lunges, 2 sets of {10 with each foot forward}
Psoas exercise, 3 pairs
Standing on balance platform:
Lat pulldown (round), 50 pounds, 2 sets of 12; on one foot, 12 each
Hug a tree, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Back exercise, 35 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Triceps pulldown, 35 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Biceps curls standing on bosu, 10 pounds each hand, 12, 15, 15
