I went to the gym this morning, had stir-fried straw mushrooms and broccoli for lunch, and ran a few errands; dinner tonight will include fresh challah.

Rolled out IT band, etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Psoas, 3 with each leg
Ab work (feet up on ball), 3 sets of 15
Squats, 3 sets of 15
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Stood on the foam roller, and then the half roller, for balance
Opposite arm/leg, 10 pairs
Lunges, 2 sets of {10 with each foot forward}
Lat pulldown (round balance platform), 65 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 50 pounds, 12 on each foot
Hug a tree (square platform), 25 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Back exercise, 35 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 27.5 pounds, 12 each
Triceps (forgot to write down weight or number of sets, but I think it was 2 sets of 12)
Biceps curls standing on bosu, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15. This time, climbed on while holding the dumbbells, using a railing for some extra support.
