No, not at all - haven't you ever had the Chinese thing with stir fried dried prawns and water gourd? Forget the Cantonese name. Very refreshing.. Don't know about the chocolate though. As a fondue dessert, melted with the tangerines and lots of Cointreau? Dip in the stale bread (dry out in oven first.) (And of course you tea-smoke the duck, before stir frying it.)
