I went to the gym today in part because it has significantly better air conditioning than my apartment. That may not be the best reason, but it's a plausible enough reason for something I did want to do. (I'm seeing Emilie Thursday, so today was better than tomorrow for this workout.)
Cardio, 12 minutes, top heart rate 127
Chest press, 55 pounds, 12, 50 pounds, 9
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 15 with each foot forward (the machine is stuck at a position with the arms somewhat higher than what I usually want for this, but it seemed doable)
Balancing on half roller, some, including bending my knees slightly (not to the point I'd call them squats)
Hamstring bridge, 9
"foo" balance thing on foam roller, a bunch; made it work with both arms in the air for each foot a few times
Rolled out IT band, left 10, right 7
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Biceps curls, standing, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20 (standing because all the benches were in use)
Stretches on the usual machine, the quads were okay this time
