Oh, certainly. If this had gone on for years, I'd be doing so. But I had missed enjoying hot peppers: there are flavors there I like, in addition to the spice heat. And now that I'm enjoying at least some of that heat again, I can have the rest of it back. I do suspect that the first batch of curry is going to be on the mild side, with the tabasco sauce there if cattitude wants his hotter, and even more skewed toward ginger than is my usual habit.
