Since I just got a nice raise, and [livejournal.com profile] elisem is trying to raise money to buy more silver to make more jewelry, I have placed a Beads of the Month order, and sent the money by PayPal. (Elise is having a sale on jewelry, but nothing said "take me home," and I'd been thinking about ordering some of this year's beads of the month packages for a while.)

I went to the gym after work, and moved assorted heavy pieces of metal around.
Cardio, 9 minutes, top heart rate 146. (Just warm-up—I got some good cardio exercise going up and down hills in Inwood Hill Park on Sunday.)
Leg press, 220 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 60 pounds, 10
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Glute machine, 50 pounds, 15 with each leg
Balance ~fly, 15 with each leg forward, and another 4 with the left forward
Cross-body pull to strengthen rotator cuff, 35 pounds, 15 with right arm

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 6 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15, walking in place during second set
Balance squats, 8

Stretches
