Cardio, 14 minutes plus one cooldown, top heart rate 136; slightly lower resistance than I usually use
Leg press, 230 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 200 pounds, 12
Wrist curls, 30 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Crunches, 2 sets of 30
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Bicep curls, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
No final stretches, because not only are the safety wrist straps missing, the machine felt slightly rickety.
