Indexing

As I said, I'm not actually indexing this. If an item isn't in the first printing's index, I'm not adding it (few cases); if it's in there and in the atlas, it stays.

Approximate number of entries: 350 (I counted the entries in one column, and then multiplied by an estimate of total columns)
Number of entries without errors: 3
Number of entries deleted because the item isn't in the book: 2
Number of entries I have doubts about: 2 ("West Indies," not labeled on the relevant map, but they're there, and "Cabinda (Angola)," a small, disputed territory, but it's on the map, so we index it).
Unsurprising omission: Any label whatsoever on the colored blob that represents the occupied West Bank of the Jordan. I checked that after seeing "Cabinda" in the index and googling it.
