Physical therapy

Much like last Saturday; Apu showed me again the one exercise with the elastic I wasn't sure of, and threw in another, so I now have all four directions to pull in: front, back, left across my body, and right away from it. The massage was good, though he seemed to think I was going to find it unpleasant: his touch isn't as firm as that of other people I've had massage from, both experienced amateurs and trained professionals.

And then I came home and started sniffling and sneezing. Ugh.

I find that I sometimes feel a bit under the weather after a massage. According to Karrie, a massage can release toxins that have built up in muscle tissue into the bloodstream. At any rate, I hope that you feel better tomorrow.
