Medical: waiting

I was coughing hard enough to worry me last night; it started too late for me to reach my doctor's office then, so I called this morning. I now have an appointment for tomorrow early afternoon (which, as a side effect, means I'm postponing my dental appointment again--do I get extra grownup points for rescheduling now rather than letting it slide?), and no specific plans for today.

porcinea, who emailed me a couple of days ago to suggest tea, is entirely sympathetic, and wants me to take care of my lungs. roadnotes, I would still like to come visit you this weekend, though I may spend the entire time draped over a chair drinking tea. I also still hope to see elisem, on her way through town on her grand Expotition.

I will need to give cattitude some time alone, and balance that against my health, which means that if we aren't getting together I'll head out in some other way at some point on the weekend, but if we are, that will probably be my expedition of the weekend.
