Shoulder update

I talked to one of the staff at my GP's office. She checked my chart, and the doctor has written down tendonitis as a diagnosis. Which makes sense, since she recommended/prescribed ice, ibuprofen, and motion without weight.

I would have guessed bursitis, but apparently it is extremely difficult to tell the two apart, and the treatment is the same.

If you're interested in working with a personal trainer, the one I see has helped my tendonitis tremendously, as well as perennial problems with my hips and shoulders. She charges $80 per one-hour session, and it's usually one session per week. Here's her website. If you call her, tell her I sent you.
