I just got spam with the subject line "You must metamorphose".

They're probably right, but I'm sufficiently certain that whatever they're actually promoting will not assist me in doing so that I didn't open the message. (Furthermore, if it were something that might have transformative powers, I suspect it would be Kafkaesque in effect.)
