I'm listening to a recording of the "Battle Hymn of the Republic"--as sung by the Red Army Chorus.
ETA: I got this recording from an Irish friend now resident in Canada.

The band is Leningrad Cowboys, and it's on their "Helsinki 93" recording, from a live concert. Lots of weird covers.

There's a DVD of presumably the same concert, the "Total Balalaika Show", available from amazon.de
Their version of "Delilah"
has
to be the definitive recording...
