Despite being tired, I made us dinner--lamb chops and pasta-with-peas-and-grated-cheese, fairly straightforward. I have slightly sore hands: I need to remember to put the pen down until I need it, while proofreading, rather than holding it all day. I wouldn't mind writer's cramp so much if I'd actually been writing.

while probably not a great idea, I noticed that Staples sell a pen that is attached to a finger ring sort of thing, so you could let go of it and it stayed attached to one of your fingers, might be an option for when you need to have the pen "to hand" all day, but don't need to be gripping it ... no idea if it is a *good* pen though, and we know how important *good* pens are to us, don't we!
