Vin Scelsa just mentioned, as part of the WFUV pledge drive, that Poi Dog Pondering is playing the Bowery Ballroom on November 14. I can't easily find out exactly when, or what tickets cost--but if I go, would anyone else be interested?
I'm interested. Too bad we're a continent apart, hey? And can't make it by Nov. 14, even with great air fares going on. Oh, well. Have fun and hope you find a group to enjoy with you.
I am unfortunately a) broke and b) already committed for that evening or I would love to. I saw them in concert, geez, it must be a dozen years ago and think very highly of them.
