These are mostly for my reference, so I'll have them somewhere, but feel free to copy if you like.

I am a disabled constituent, writing to beg you to oppose Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s nomination as secretary of health and human services. I depend on several prescription drugs for day-to-day functioning, including antidepressants and Ritalin.

Kennedy has threatened to take away those drugs, and to send depressed patients to work on organic farms, as if this was China during the Cultural Revolution. Taking away effective medical care, wile separating patients from their support networks, would lead to increased deaths by suicide, and must not be allowed.

Kennedy also wants to take away effective childhood vaccines, and make polio and measles great again. He isn't just unqualified for the role, he is anti-qualified. The United States would be much better off with no secretary of health and human services than with someone like Kennedy there.

Should that be "and to send..."? Or something else?
