not doing much

It's one of those days. The weather isn't helping -- it's not unpleasant out, just gray and chilly and mizzling, so it was no hardship at all to minimize my time outdoors.

I have done one Duolingo French lesson, and that made my wrist hurt enough that I won't be doing more today. I did a few of my exercises, and the plan is to make dinner, and that's enough. What I need to do now is wait things out and hope I don't get sick. Exercise is good, but so is adequate rest.
