Thanksgiving prep
Not much going on here, in part because I've been feeling the need to take it easy even by my current standards--but while today was explicitly, by planning, a rest day, I have made the cranberry relish for Thanksgiving. (That's about the only thing on our [short] menu that it makes sense to do ahead of time.) This was more annoying than in should have been: I took the food processor out of its box for the first time in, I think, a year, and the lock/unlock controls were *very* stiff.
