life goes on

I work, I go to the gym, I hang out with cattitude and play Scrabble, I even took a few hours of alone time over the weekend. And spring continues to tease us: it's cold again, but the forsythia are slowly opening.

Last Thursday I went to the gym and worked with Emilie; a reasonable session, nothing noteworthy, for good or ill, except that I did well with the foam roller (and half roller) balance stuff.

Today, a workout by myself, shorter than it might have been because I worked slightly late tidying something up. (The deadline isn't for half a month, but I didn't want to leave in mid-section, because it's easier to finish a thought.) And I was less careful about joints than I should be.
