Being confused by my latest phone bill--specifically, it's not clear what payments are being counted here, and it seems possible that there's one that either
cattitude or I made and forgot about--I tried the Website. I registered, and checked my bill, and am still confused: it says we have a credit, but I can't find the payments that caused that, so I'm going to call during the day and check with a human being.
Update, Friday morning: I called and wandered through the automated system, which agrees that we have a credit. I think that's good enough: I don't need to send them money this month.
