Yoga sounds interesting, but I have to fall to get on the floor and am partially paralyzed on the left side. I've tried some in a chair (there's some books with adaptations and my friend Jill teaches yoga), but it's just really painful. I can do mindful meditation and focussed breathing without yoga, so I usually just do those.
