The problem with only getting to the gym once a week is that, even though I seem to be maintaining a good exercise level, one of the things that's aching afterwards from the exercise is my lower back. I even know which exercise--but this is a muscle-used-more-than-usual ache, so not a worry, just an annoyance. (I hadn't gone earlier this week because I slept on my shoulder wrong, or something, and it was in real pain for a couple of days.)
And, of course, I'm off on vacation tomorrow, and won't get to the gym probably until a week from Monday. From Sunday if I'm diligent, Saturday if I'm crazy.
