It's too late to use frequent flyer miles to get a ticket for New Year's. So I thought about it, realized that I may be unemployed but there is still money in the bank, and bought a ticket. New Year's in Swansea, hurrah!

Important memo to self: a good meal will generally improve my mood, especially if I can't identify why I'm feeling down.
