I saw one horse and rider on the bridle path, and the horse seemed undisturbed. There are no gates on the bridle paths themselves.

The police horses also seemed unfazed, but they're good at that.

(Unless you're visiting very soon, it will be moot: this is only going to be up through the end of February.)
