Catching up
I got email from Alan yesterday: he'd been sitting on a beach and had a strong impression of my presence, and wanted to say hello and be sure I'm all right. I wrote back and assured him that yes I am.
This evening he called, sitting outside in the warmth (he and Janice have briefly taken refuge in his mother's home in Florida), and we talked a while. Caught each other up on life and plans, and I burbled a bit about Montreal and about![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
papersky, rysmiel, and zorinth. It was good to talk, and I'm going to try not to let it be six or eight months between conversations again.
