Slightly irritated general request

Could people please include some useful description or labels when you post links. Not just "I agree with some but not all of his points" or "so-and-so makes sense". Take the extra moment to say "I agree with some but not all of his points about labeling and sexual orientation" or "so-and-so makes sense about $specified_topic_or_event".

At least, do that if you care whether I read the articles you're linking to.

Remember to use the title attribute when building links, you can build-in more information.

I went to see <cite><a href="http://imdb.com/title/tt0385004/" title="iMDB entry">House of Flying Daggers</a></cite> last night.

I went to see House of Flying Daggers (http://imdb.com/title/tt0385004/) last night.

I'm buying into the hype over <cite><a href="http://archive.salon.com/ent/indie/2004/10/07/daggers/" title="Salon Review, Subscription Required">House of Flying Daggers</a></cite>.

I'm buying into the hype over House of Flying Daggers (http://archive.salon.com/ent/indie/2004/10/07/daggers/).

The contents of the title attribute appear as a 'tool-tip' when you mouse over the link.

Wow. Kewl. I am but an egg in the HTML-coding universe, and that is definitely helpful. I just sent it to myself in e-mail so maybe I can put it somewhere where I will remember it. To date, I've learned most of the HTML I know from the LiveJournal FAQ.
