A quiet weekend at home
No subway, no bus, not even any long walks--just a couple of outings for groceries and such, on foot, with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
cattitude. Scrabble, copy editing, futzing around online, playing with Julian. I even baked cakelings this morning, and am now simmering some giblets and a scallion to make broth to cook with this evening.
I seem to have needed the break; it would have been nice to see people, but not if it meant traveling. Similarly for the gym: I'll do that after work tomorrow, no special travel involved. I'm going to redouble my efforts to go on Saturdays, since Sundays just don't seem to work.
