I was going to be diligent, get up and out and to the gym early. I should, in fact, be on a cardio bike right now.

cattitude woke me at 7, and I got right into the shower. And then my right ankle, which had felt a little sore last night, decided it was still sore. And then the arch of the foot hurt, suddenly and sharply, as I was walking back into the bedroom.
So, I've had tea and yogurt, and went out to look at the ducks, and then came back in here.
Making the best of it, I have sent off email about a possible freelance jobroadnotes told me about. But I am Not Happy, partly for the obvious reason--random aches and pains are never fun--and partly because my plans have been upset. Fortunately, I have two or three days' supply of tangerines left.
