COVID-19 reopening grumbles

The Massachusetts reopening plan seems more-or-less reasonable (though right now I am worried that everyone except New Zealand and Mongolia is moving too fast), except for one important omission: private life.

They're prepared to tell me at what point different kinds of business can reopen, and under what conditions. They're happy to tell me the new guidelines for parks.

There's nothing on visiting people at home. In particular, there's nothing on doing so by mass transit: if I had a car they'd probably suggest that I drive to the other person's house and we visit outdoors. *sigh*

If they want to tell me to wait until phase 2 or 3 to get on the bus to see [personal profile] adrian_turtle, okay. But I would rather not have to guess whether that's a phase 2 or a phase 3 thing, or whether the same guidelines apply to taking a taxi or Lyft.
