Gym yesterday
I had a plausible workout yesterday, but not the time and energy to write it up when I got home. Fewer reps and/or lower weights on some things, but enough of the basics, and right now I'm more concerned with frequency than size.
Cardio, 9 minutes, top heart rate 138
Leg press, 220 pounds, 15; 200 pounds, 15 (only two sets)
Chest press, 50 pounds, 12
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15 (a total of nine reps with my legs on the higher, more difficult for me footrest)
Adjustable row, 60 pounds, 2 sets of 15 [the machine I use for the balance ~fly was out of order]
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Stretches
